A great addition to your entree!
Here is what you'll need:
Olive Oil
Salt
4 Artichokes
1 ½ Cup of Butter
½ Cup of Parsley
1/3 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
How to prepare:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Cut artichokes in half and put them in a pot of water with salt and olive oil
Cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes
Remove the chokes from each artichoke and move artichokes to an oven-safe pan
Add the cheese and parsley to the butter and mix
Pour the mixture on top of the artichokes and put the pan in the oven for 30 minutes
